Premium Cycling Services for Villars Palace

To rent a bike, please contact us with your rental dates and bike size or your height. Don’t know your size? No worries—we’ll send you a quick bike fit form to ensure a perfect match.

Bike rental requests must be made at least 5 days before your first rental day. After confirming availability, we’ll send you an offer and invoice. Once payment is received, your bike will be prepared and waiting at the Villars Palace main entrance.

Please note:

• You will need to sign a rental contract at the reception.
• Health insurance is your responsibility.
• Helmets and pedals available upon request.
• Bike rentals are available exclusively for Villars Alpine Resort guests.

For guided rides with vehicle support, please contact us at least 14 days in advance. We’ll ask a few questions about your planned route and cycling level to tailor the experience.

Once details are confirmed, we’ll send an offer and invoice. After full payment, our guide and support vehicle will meet you at the hotel on the morning of your first ride.

Daily rates vary based on the services selected. Once your details are confirmed, we will send you a tailored offer and invoice.

To rent a bike or hire a guide and support vehicle, full payment is required in advance. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card (please note a 3.1% processing fee applies for credit card payments). Invoices and payment instructions will be sent in a separate email.

Bike Rental – Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the rental start time.

Guide and Support Car Hire – Non-refundable.

For last-minute changes, please contact us.

Personal travel insurance that covers cycling is mandatory.

A security deposit or credit card hold may be required for rentals.
