We invite you to join us for a workshop on leadership designed for business corporate senior leaders with an unforgettable riding in the Swiss Alps...

We have partnered with the 5-star Villars Palace Hotel to provide the perfect atmosphere for a workshop. Our superb hotel is based in Villars-sur-Ollon, a well-known world-class ski resort. What is less well known, is that it offers so much more outside of the winter season. And not just hiking in the mountains - UCI, the world cycling headquarters, is just in the valley below and cycling on mountain trails or up and over mountain cols is a favourite sport for many residents and visitors.

Grand Tours Project together with Nick Gatland, co-founder of truuth, have designed a Long Weekend Leadership Workshop that will address the need for action based dynamic leadership that can be applied to business and where business is increasingly stepping up to the role of social and community leadership. This will be the second of our new series of thematic trips and workshops based in Switzerland, designed for business leaders who are passionate about their people, organization and the corporate interplay with their community and the planet.

The workshops aim to help corporate owners and personnel identify the obstacles they potentially face and provide the Extreme and Sustainable methods and processes to overcome the increasingly complex challenges of corporate survival.

And so we have designed a 4-day workshop bringing together leaders addressing different fields such as Extreme Leadership, Innovation, Sustainability, Sport, and more. Although optional, the bike cycling component is encouraged, in order to reveal what Villars and its environs can offer. All abilities are catered for, from those with no experience up to the expert cyclists.

It is perfect for business leaders at the executive level who are interested:

* In connecting with topic experts and fellow executive leaders;

* Finding out what leadership knowledge and tools in extreme situations, can bring to a dynamic company;

* In how a leader can bring a sustainable mindset to their company, in order to be more effective and empathetic to all its stakeholders;

* To hear real-world cases studies and learn how a leader can encourage and stimulate a culture of innovation in a company;

The workshop is hosted by Grand Tours Projects.
