Tour Operations and Guest Relations

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Tour Operations and Guest Relations. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of our tours and providing outstanding support to our guests, both on and off the road. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with excellent organizational skills and a passion for travel and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage logistics for cycling tours, including accommodations, transport, and route planning.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and friendly service via phone, email, and in person.
  • Assist in office administrative tasks, including managing bookings, preparing travel documents, and maintaining records.
  • Work closely with the tour guides and operations team to ensure all tour aspects are executed flawlessly.
  • Handle any on-tour issues or emergencies, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance guest communication and engagement.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our tour offerings and guest experiences.
  • Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to ensure the success of our tours.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in logistics coordination, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for cycling, travel, and delivering memorable experiences to guests.
  • Proficient in office software and CRM systems; quick to learn new software.
  • English native or professional, other languages as a plus.
