For only the 4th time in Giro d'Italia history, the race will finish in Rome. Not only can you be there to witness the Grande Finale spectacle, you can watch in from the VIP zone. It will be a spectacular way to celebrate cycling over a long weekend!

There will be no better way to see and experience the Giro d'Italia in Rome for its final stage, the Grand Finale. Starting at 2:15pm on the 27th, the pros will race 10 loops of an 11.8km circuit on the streets of Rome, and we'll be in our luxury VIP tent close to the finish line to watch the excitement unfold.

Our historic hotel - the Circo Massimo - is right on the Giro race route, next the the ancient Circus Maximus where the Romans held their chariot races, and walking distance to the Giro start / finish line. Each evening, we'll enjoy great Italian cuisine and wine.

As an "Official Tour Operator" of the Giro d'Italia, we can enjoy the luxury Giro VIP tent to watch the full race in comfort, next to the finish line.

  • Day 1 - 25 May

    Benvenuto in Roma

    We'll greet you at Rome airport and transport you to our hotel in central Rome - the Circo Massimo - on the ancient Circus Maximus and close to the Roman Forum. If you have time, you may wish to wander to some of the extraordinary sites of ancient Rome, walking distance from our hotel. In the evening, we will enjoy a dinner together at a local restaurant serving delicious Italian food.

  • Day 2 - 26 May

    Rome in pink | Walking tour

    The excitement in Rome will be growing in anticipation of the race arriving tomorrow, and residents will be busy decorating the city in pink. We'll enjoy this atmosphere with a guided walking tour of some of the great sites of Rome - maybe the Vatican, St Peter's Square, the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon. We may even jump on town bikes to ride between some of these sites. We have selected one of our favourite restaurants in Rome for dinner.

  • Day 3 - 27 May

    Giro final stage

    A massive day! After breakfast and a relaxed walk to a few more sites in Rome. We'll meet up for an early lunch, and by 2:00pm we'll all be in the luxury VIP tent close to the finish line, sipping prosecco, ready to watch the whole race starting at 2:15pm. At the race conclusion, we'll join in the Giro award celebrations and cheer the pink jersey winner of the 101st edition of the Giro. For those who wish to fly back home this evening, we'll transport you back to Rome airport, packed with your bike and memories to last a lifetime.

  • Day 4 - 28 May

    Coffee & Arrivederci (optional day)

    Whilst our program ends the previous evening, you are welcome to extend your stay and enjoy another relaxed morning (or longer) in Rome. There is so much to see and do in Rome, that a longer stay will be appealing.
