The magnificent Tuscan hills are the perfect place to indulge in cycling, our greatest passion. Train, eat, sleep, relax and repeat is the must for every professional cyclist and in this training camp it can be yours. It will be a long weekend of psychological and physical wellbeing where you can learn, improve, make new friends and most importantly have fun.

Bicycle as a feminine noun, the bicycle as a means that has always been thought of as masculine, but we start from an idea, the bicycle as a means of women's freedom and liberation, from the desire to break down borders to the desire to travel. And what better place than the heart of Tuscany, the soul of cycling, for us the soul of women's cycling.

We have decided to dedicate this camp to all women who love cycling, whether they are beginners or already have a little more experience, because being a cyclist is a small satisfaction in achieving our goals. This journey will help you discover yourself, your qualities. Fatigue hides gender, the landscape that our eyes observe is common territory, taste varies for everyone, the love of sport puts everyone in agreement but something distinguishes women; the braid coming out of the helmet is a must and we know that hard climbs are what fascinates them most. Cycling 'undresses' us and makes us real, it gives us the simplicity of being able to grasp the uniqueness of our surroundings and makes us interested and interesting.

This camp has been specifically designed for women with average-to-good cycling skills and experience but who wish to gain more out of their cycling. The average cycling distance per day is 60-100km. You will leave this camp feeling confident with your newly acquired skills and ready to take on a new challenge. Please contact us with any questions.

This Tour will be held by Elena Valentini, a former professional rider with 16 years of cycling career and 7 years in pro road cycling in major teams such as Top Girls Fassa Bortolo and Alè Cipollini.

  • DAY 3: Saturday

Anyone who is a fan of wine but also of cycling will certainly have heard of Chianti. Today, after a short transfer, we will train in the Chianti Mountains, with a succession of beautiful landscapes marked by dense vineyards, chestnut, oak and holm-oak forests, picturesque medieval villages, romantic castles and charming farmhouses - you will be inspired. Your professional coach will advise you on the different ways to exploit the hilly terrain, recommend some technical and metabolic climbing exercises, and how to tackle the various slopes. You will be instructed on how to safely tackle long, fast downhill straights and hairpin bends. Knowing how to tackle bends with confidence keeps you safe and to stay up with friends... and more fun!

Back into the van for our destination in the centre of Siena where we will have our hotel for the last two nights.

The grand finale of our training camp includes one last climb, the final ascent of Mount Amiata, an ancient extinct volcano, with its sinuous shapes, is considered a Mother Mountain by its people. Before that, however, we will make an obligatory stop in Montalcino, one of the most picturesque villages in the area, where we can catch our breath and recharge our batteries for the grand finale. The climb is tough, but the view from the top is worth more than any effort. Enjoy the view and on the way, take the opportunity to receive further advice from our guide. Don't be frightened by the mileage and elevation gain, our GTP van will always be at our support and service.

On your return to the hotel, relax and recharge your batteries because we have a celebratory dinner.
